I’d been working with Chad Casey for a while, but I finally had the pleasure of meeting him in person at the LCT Show in Las Vegas. As we chatted over coffee, he told me that his profits were up by 40% and that he attributes this success to his Business Development collaboration with The LMC Group.
Thrilled by this news, I contemplated the unique characteristics of Chad and Casey Corporate Transportation that have propelled his achievements.
Chad has a non-aggressive sales style. Like most people, he doesn’t like pushy salespeople. We agree that if we believe in what we are selling—in this case, the excellence of Casey Corporate Transportation—our convictions will translate as we talk on the phone or meet with prospective clients.
Chad’s strong character is evident to everyone who knows him. He’s service oriented, he has integrity, he is trustworthy, and is an all-around southern gentleman.
Chad participates enthusiastically in his company’s growth. He continually communicates leads, ideas, and feedback to me, which in turn helps me do a stellar job for him.
It’s no wonder that we at The LMC group are so excited and optimistic about CCT’s future. When I had the chance to nominate Chad for the Circle of Excellence Award in Business Development, I did so wholeheartedly.
