Here are a few new offerings we have developed.
Human Resources Self Service
We’ve always believed that people are your most important resource. We offer a wide spectrum of HR support, including our newest opportunity: HR self service. This product gives you access to HR/employee resources, such as applications for employment or job descriptions. You will also have the tools to be sure your employee manual is updated and that you are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Best of all, you will have phone and email access to our expert HR consultants.
Customer Service
Any healthy company must take care of its customers, and we can provide you with the tools to do it.
Customer service surveys are linked to your company’s software program. We can provide weekly customer reporting and scoring, or we can customize a one-time survey.
Call monitoring is a tried and true way to ensure your employees are well trained and are maximizing every sales opportunity. We will monitor 2-3 calls per week for each reservationist and dispatcher and provide you with specific, actionable feedback.
Secret shopper programs can also reveal areas of strengths and weakness in your drivers. We customize a plan for you and send our secret shoppers out five times each month.
MBTI Personality Testing
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely-used personality test, with a 95% accuracy rate when the test is taken with a certified MBTI practitioner. The LMC Group’s certified practitioner can test an individual, a team, or your entire company and provide individual and overall feedback and training. The MBTI can be applied in team building, career path progression, leadership skills, conflict resolution, and communication strategy, and we offer WebEx and in-person training in all of these areas.
